East End of Rundle - The Best Sunset in Canmore!
The East End of Rundle, commonly know as EEOR has to be one of my favourite hikes close to Canmore. It also offers some of the best sunset photography in the Rockies.
Mount Lady Macdonald
A steep hike close to Canmore offering views over the Bow Valley. The trail might be slow but it is definitely rewarding.

Brilliant views after a steep start make Kings Creek Ridge an incredibly rewarding hike.
Pocaterra Ridge
An incredibly popular hike during fall season Pocaterra ridge offers some incredible views and has to be up there with the best ridge line hikes in the Canadian Rockies.
Pipers Pass
Piper’s Pass is a lesser known trail in the Kananaskis region which I’m always pleasantly surprised by. It offers alpine meadows, fantastic views and a couple of river crossings!
